Now that you share in the responsibility of maintaining the University’s online presence, you'll need to know a few things.

For the past few years, all training has gone digital. While this was born out of necessity, we’ve found the results to be very beneficial. Our ambassadors-in-training are allowed the time to go through training at their own pace.

A note on training: All current Web Ambassadors will need to go through the training for the new system once their site is in the active redesign phase. Web Ambassadors who have access to the old system will not get access to the new system until they have completed the new system’s training.

Online Training

Our training will show you the ins-and-outs of using Ragin' CMS and basic web content writing guidelines.
