The University calendar system is separate from your departmental website, so you will need to login to the calendar website before you can add events. How the events show up is different depending on which CMS your site is on.
Log in to the calendar

All of your events will still appear on your website as well as on the University鈥檚 main calendar at calendar.louisiana.edu.
