Each season, the School of Dance and Theatre brings powerful performances to life on campus. From thought-provoking plays and contemporary choreography to timeless classics and bold new works, our productions showcase the talent, energy, and creativity of 天美传媒安卓破解版 Lafayette鈥檚 student artists.
Dance Performances
Dance concerts occur twice a year, featuring original choreography by faculty, guest artists, and students. Fall鈥檚 State of LA Danse and spring鈥檚 An Evening of Dance bring contemporary, modern, jazz, and ballet pieces to the stage in stunning, high-energy performances.
You鈥檒l also see our dancers featured in multimedia collaborations, site-specific works, and interdisciplinary productions with theatre, music, and visual arts.
Theatre Productions
Our theatre season features a mix of classic and contemporary plays, student-directed works, and experimental productions through our Second Stage. Performed by BFA Theatre students, each show reflects the depth of their training and the excitement of live storytelling.
Attend a Performance
Performances are held at venues across campus, including the Burke-Hawthorne Theatre and Angelle Hall. Most events are open to the public, with affordable ticket pricing and special events throughout the year.
